Planning Stages

  • Wedding theme/style and design development
  • Unlimited consultation via one on one meetings, phone calls and email
  • Book and arrange various vendors’ services of your choice or from our preferred vendors list
  • Development, management and assessment of your budget
  • Research wedding favour ideas as well as table linens, centerpieces, and decoration tips
  • Research wedding program formats
  • Provide suggestions regarding receiving line, order of speeches, wedding etiquette and ceremony order
  • Assist in menu selection and bar set-up
  • Attend bridal party fittings (if requested)
  • Attend and assist at the wedding rehearsal
  • Creation of a detailed timeline.

Wedding Day

  • 2 consultants to review plan and vendor contracts
  • Meet with bride, groom and bridal party for detailed briefing of the day and develop detailed itinerary/timeline
  • Vendor confirmation 3 weeks and 1 week before the Wedding day and develop a Wedding Timeline to give vendors
  • Supervision of wedding rehearsal (2 hours)
  • Oversee the setup of venue and ensure timely arrival of vendors
  • Arrive 1 hour prior to ceremony
  • Assist with the bridal entourage
  • Attend photo shoot after ceremony
  • Assist with setting up of favours, guestbook, moneybox, etc.
  • Guest management (Greeting, seating, special needs, etc.)
  • Ensure a smooth running of your ceremony and reception according to your specifications Minimum of 2 uniformed assistants on your special day
  • Late night collection of personal items for the bride and group Emergency kit
  • Removal (and/or transfer) of ceremony decorations
  • Ensure wedding presents are transferred to their appropriate place for the evening
  • Assistance in ensuring the wedding day schedule is on-time
  • Act as the on-site contact so that you may enjoy your day without being bothered by the small details.
